Between 2021 and 2023, Papua New Guinea faced a critical challenge: declining donor funds and inefficient resource allocation threatened to undermine its national HIV response. I led the development of a comprehensive Investment Case for HIV, combining epidemiological modeling with fiscal space analysis to advocate for smarter, more sustainable financing.
This experience demonstrates how rigorous data and strategic advocacy can transform national health responses, save lives, and strengthen health systems for the long term.
In the ever-evolving world, the art of forging genuine connections remains timeless. Whether it’s with colleagues, clients, or partners, establishing a genuine rapport paves the way for collaborative success.
